What you get is what's on the box. This mod replaces the default stormtrooper and shocktrooper (rocketeer) with the incinerator trooper from The Force Unleashed. I would assume that this mod does not affect online compatability seeing as the only changes are skin changes. Nevertheless, back up your original imp.lvl and impshell.lvl before installing.
